Almond Recruitment, on behalf of our client, a global leading international technology company looking for experienced Technical Support Engineers.

 

Responsibilities

Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

Able to provide accurate feedback to the rest of the team with regards to customer requirements and required changes

Troubleshooting malfunctions of systems, network hardware and security systems to resolve operational issues and restore services and be able to accurately diagnose root cause

Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel

Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved

Record events and problems and their resolution in logs

Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team

 

Requirements:

University degree in Computer Science / Computer engineering or related field

Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role

Sound knowledge and understanding of Systems and Networking

Fluency in both Greek and English
