Almond Recruitment on behalf of our client, a leading international financial service, are currently looking for a Senior Manager – PEO / EOR to join their Limassol office. My client is the market leaders in contracts, payroll management, immigration services and tax compliance. Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a dynamic person to head the operations and development of the clients European PEO department. Which would include both where they employ people or run EOR solutions.
  • The successful candidate would report to the board and be fully responsible for implementing the company’s business strategies and plans, for the PEO department, ensuring quality and cost control.
  • If selected, you will look for opportunities to expand the departments profitability and be rewarded for increased growth.
  • You would need to oversee and manage all operational aspects of this business unit, including onboarding, client care, invoicing, payroll, and payments, as well as ensuring correct and accurate reporting to the various authorities.
  • Maintaining and keeping up to date with legislation changes is also a must to ensure any business risks are mitigated and to guarantee legal compliance.
  • You will be responsible for staffing the business unit and for ensuring that staff under your remit are well-trained, motivated, and suitably skilled for the tasks allocated to them to fulfil the unit’s business plan, which will be agreed upon with the Board and the shared services department that serves all our business units.

 

Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken business English is essential
  • Experience working knowledge of PEO and Employed Solutions Business Unitis essential
  • Experience and a full understanding of running and reporting multiple European payrolls is important.
  • 2-4 year’s experience in a management role
  • Self-starter, able to take responsibility, ownership, and initiative.
  • Demonstrate good attention to detail and ability to work to a high degree of accuracy.
  • Demonstrate an extremely positive and proactive approach to work and the ability to work under pressure, multi-task and adhere to strict deadlines.
