Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately.
  • Devise and maintain office systems. (Google documents, Microsoft office)
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
  • Take notes and provide general assistance during presentations and meetings.
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
  • Ensure guests of the Company are well taken care of.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous PA/secretarial experience is a must.
  • Experience in E-Commercial companies or Technology considered an advantage.
  • Ideally educated to degree level in Business Administration or related field.
  • Excellent command of Greek & English. (Written & spoken).
  • Excellent organizational skills, communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage.
