Almond Recruitment, on behalf of our client, a leading International Financial firm based in Limassol, are currently looking for a Sale Executive & Administrator. The client has been established for many and is one leading companies in this sector.

 

Responsibilities

  • Answering telephones, screening phone calls
  • Responding to email requests
  • Assign sales leads and update contacts in bespoke systems.
  • Produce documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Liaise with contractors, recruitment agencies, Directors and other operational staff as required.

 

Requirement

  • Have strong analytical skills.
  • Have a confident and clear telephone manner.
  • Be able to work independently as well as in a global team environment.
  • Be flexible to work across multiple projects and adapt to fast changing priorities.
  • Be proactive.
  • Have a desire to learn about international payroll, taxation, and immigration matters.
  • Excellent written and spoken business English is essential.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
