Almond Recruitment, on behalf of our client, a property and real estate company, are currently looking for a Russian speaking Office Administrator to join their Limassol office. The successful person must speak Russian and English to business level and ideally have previous experience working in an office.

 

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, taking messages and re-directing calls as required
  • Dealing with email enquiries
  • Data entry (property listings, sales etc.)
  • Maintaining supplies of stationery
  • Providing administration support to management
  • General office administration duties

 

Requirements

  • Fluency on both Russian and English is a must
  • Greek would be considered an advantage
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • IT literate
  • Experience as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus
