Almond Recruitment, on behalf of our client, an international medical company, are currently looking for a Russian & Greek speaking Office Administrator to join their new Cyprus office in Limassol. Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for the office
  • Reception duties, including answering telephones and greeting guest in a pleasant and polite manner
  • General office administration duties
  • Organizing conference room bookings for meetings
  • Travel organisation such as booking flights and accommodation etc.
  • Manage relationships with landlord, vendors, and service providers
  • Be proactive in suggesting ways to organise the office more efficiently
  • Carry out any further duties assigned by the Director

 

Requirements

  • Communication skills in Russian, Greek, and English
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong ability to carry out task with very little supervision or independently
  • Ability to easily solve any problems relating to the work environment
