The company is regarded as one of the international leaders within the financial market who continue to expand operations on a global scale. The successful candidate will handle the licensing in multiple jurisdictions, as well as be involved in all compliance and regulatory matters with international and local regulatory bodies. This role will be reporting to the Global Heads of Compliance & MLRO, and Regulations.   • Assess and monitor the compliance of the company with all applicable regulatory and legislative provisions
  • Assist in obtaining new licenses in multiple jurisdictions
  • Ensure that the company continues to remain in compliance with CySEC’s regulations
  • Work closely with all departments to ensure continued compliance in unison
  • Keep up to date with regulatory requirements and guidelines and assist with updating company procedures and polices
  • Responsible for the firm fulfilling their annual obligations and license conditions
  • Provide detailed situation reports and updates to BOD on all matters being handled
  • Guidance and support to business units on compliance/regulatory matters
  • Prepare regular reports and strategic direction to senior management regarding compliance matters
  • Coordinate various regulatory filings
  • Develop compliance policies and audit program procedures
  • Work with in-house and external advisories to monitor, and implement responses to, regulatory developments that impact the businesses
  • Assisting in the development of training materials
  • Collaborate with other departments on special projects and special compliance projects as necessary
  • Carry out the necessary studies to ensure compliance with the regulations and providing necessary communication and coordination with regulators



  • Degree in Law, Economics, or any other relevant field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Compliance Officer role within a CIF regulated company or in a Consulting Firm
  • CySEC Advanced Certificate
  • AML Certificate
  • Fluent in English language to business level
  • Experience with CySEC reporting and deep understanding of CySEC Regulations and MIFID
  • Experience with licensing in other jurisdictions and international compliance
  • Ability to take on projects and complete the necessary research
  • Excellent knowledge of the Financial Markets
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • An analytical mindset with excellent organizations skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to deliver and complete reports and tasks, fast and accurate
