The company is very well established and has since grown to become one of most well-respected firms within the industry, with a positive work culture. The successful candidate should have previous experience as a receptionist and speak both fluent Greek and English.

 

Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen, forward and manage phone calls
  • Responsible for the conference rooms setup, coordination and operation
  • Main reception management, tasked with facilitating clients, visitors, suppliers
  • Any other reception related duties assigned.

 

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar position
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills, both in Greek and English
  • Very good communication and organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Self-motivated and with a positive attitude.
