Responsibilities

  • General Secretarial duties
  • Directly working for the MD
  • Coordinating with the Head to schedule the agenda of daily meetings and contacts
  • Travel arrangements
  • Maintain and update a filling system
  • Drafting and sending letters
  • Handling of the MD’s e-mail

Requirements

  • Fluency in English, Greek
  • Detail-oriented and Organizational Skills
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc)
  • Quick Typing
  • Experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage.

Benefits

  • Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8-5pm and Wednesday and Fridays 8-2pm
