Responsibilities:

  • Facilitation of the daily office activities
  • Liaising with the staff, suppliers, and service providers
  • Ordering office equipment
  • First point of contact for clients
  • Maintaining office layout and arranging necessary repairs/modifications
  • Dealing with correspondence & queries
  • Travel arrangements (booking transport, accommodation, visa support)
  • Managing database and filing system
  • Managing the company property

 

Requirements

  • At least 4-year’s experience in an administrative role
  • 1-2 year`s experience in a management role
  • Fluency in Greek and English Languages is essential
  • Competent user of MS Office and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Open-minded team player and willingness to learn
  • A high level of professionalism and personal integrity
  • Good interpersonal and time management skills
