Almond Recruitment are seeking to find a young dynamic person with a basic background in accounting to form part of our administration team.

Responsibilities:

  • General office administration
  • Book-keeping and basic accounting work for our internal finances
  • Effecting bank payments on behalf of clients, while following internal procedures in place
  • Issuing bills and fee notes to clients
  • Keeping records of disbursements incurred on behalf of clients
  • Replacing the receptionist when she is on sick or vacation leave
  • Chasing debtors
  • Liaising with banks, clients and suppliers
  • Issuing payments to suppliers
  • Dealing with banks both with respect to our bank accounts as well as clients’ accounts
  • Other administrative work as may be required from time to time tc.
  • Support the department with various administrative tasks

Professional Experience:

  • ‘A’ Level standard of education
  • Candidate must have at least 1-year experience in administration and basic accounting
  • Fluent in English is essential and Greek would be an advantage
