Almond Recruitment are seeking to find a young dynamic person with a basic background in accounting to form part of our administration team.
Responsibilities:
- General office administration
- Book-keeping and basic accounting work for our internal finances
- Effecting bank payments on behalf of clients, while following internal procedures in place
- Issuing bills and fee notes to clients
- Keeping records of disbursements incurred on behalf of clients
- Replacing the receptionist when she is on sick or vacation leave
- Chasing debtors
- Liaising with banks, clients and suppliers
- Issuing payments to suppliers
- Dealing with banks both with respect to our bank accounts as well as clients’ accounts
- Other administrative work as may be required from time to time tc.
- Support the department with various administrative tasks
Professional Experience:
- ‘A’ Level standard of education
- Candidate must have at least 1-year experience in administration and basic accounting
- Fluent in English is essential and Greek would be an advantage
