Responsibilities:

  • Strong personality; must demonstrate confidence and analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain effective relationships with partners and other members of the business.
  • First point of contact for all clients
  • Office administration and secretarial duties
  • Microsoft Word
  • Extensive diary and meeting management
  • Filing and record keeping
  • Data inputting
  • Recording expenses
  • Handling payments if necessary
  • Record keeping and administration including minutes of meetings, communication with members, managers etc

 

Professional Experience:

  • ‘A’ Level standard of education
  • Candidate must have at least 1–2-year experience within administration role
  • Working in a Corporate, Financial or Accounting firm is an advantage .
  • Fluent in English and Russian which is essential
