Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute visually compelling designs for digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
• Create and edit multimedia content such as videos, animations, and interactive presentations using tools like Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Design and optimize graphics for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously enhance design quality and innovation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, goals, and timelines, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of design assets.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to design standards throughout all deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in multimedia design or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, motion graphics, and multimedia content creation.
• Proficiency in multimedia software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and other relevant tools.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• 3D design skills will be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles will be considered an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and quality.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet project deadlines.
