Media Buyer – CY21883

Almond Recruitment, on behalf of our client, a tech service provider to the financial services industry, are currently looking for a Media Buyer to join their fantastic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing advertising campaigns across various media platforms to drive traffic and revenue for the company. This vacancy is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital advertising as the company plans to increase their marketing department in Cyprus with the opportunity for employees to advance both personally and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across various media platforms
• Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet KPIs
• Work with creative teams to develop effective ad creatives
• Conduct research to identify new advertising opportunities
• Negotiate with media vendors to secure the best rates and placements
• Track and report on advertising spend and ROI
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing goals
• Stay up to date with the latest advertising trends and technologies

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as Media Buyer is a must
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics is preferred but not required
