My client is the market leaders in contracts, payroll management, immigration services and tax compliance. Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and staffing
  • Background screening
  • On-boarding, development, needs assessment and training
  • Performance Management
  • Creation and review of HR SLA, policies and procedures, employment contracts and HR templates
  • Employee relations, benefit administration
  • Maintaining personnel files in accordance with GDPR and relevant data protection legislation
  • Management of one HR administrator
  • Disciplinary and Grievance procedures
  • Staff welfare, health & safety

 

Requirements

  • Candidates should hold a degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a multi-cultural, multi-jurisdiction company
  • 3-5 years in a HR Management role
  • English is essential
