The company itself has been established for over 10 years with multiple offices around the globe. The successful person will be heading up the customer support operations of the company. Responsibilities

  • Manage the customer support department in Cyprus and abroad
  • Train and guide staff
  • Oversee any customer issues and ensure effective problem resolutions
  • Develop and implement customer support procedures
  • Record details of all client inquiries, comments, and complaints
  • Promote the company’s products and services when possible

 

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Head of Customer Support role in the financial/ FX industry is a must
  • Fluency in English to business level
  • Advanced or AML CySEC examination will be considered an advantage
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passionate and self – motivated to achieve personal, team and corporate objectives
