Responsibilities

• Supporting and guide the Sales Department.
• Develop and enforce sound policies and structures for the growth of the team
• Monitor daily operations of the Sales department to ensure a free flow process and supervise the execution of daily tasks
• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
• Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
• Reporting directly to the Managing Director and preparing relevant reports on the business performance
• Participate in expansion activities
• Manage relationships with Employees and Partners
• Ensuring compliance of the Company’s activities with local legislation per entity.
• Facilitating effective communication among the company’s group of companies
• Participation in decision making on the matters related to the Sales Department and its projects
• Can take on multiple projects at different times as needed

Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in a management role within the forex industry
• Be highly aware of market trends, new technologies, new FinTech products and business models
• Driven expansion in different regions
• Growing team experience preferred
• Good leadership skills
• Well-developed customer relations skills
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Must be able to travel abroad on a regular basis
