Almond Recruitment, on behalf of our client, an international trading firm, are currently looking for a Customer Support Representative to join their vibrant office in Limassol. The successful candidate must have some prior experience within customer support and should speak German or Spanish.
- Handle client queries through live chats, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner
- Provide relevant information to clients regarding company services and products offered
- Support clients with any technical issues
- Maintain and update customer records on the CRM
- Guide and assist clients on trading platforms
- Liaise with all departments to resolve client issues within the appropriate timeframes
- Coordinate with and assist colleagues from other departments when required
- Experience in a Customer Support role within the financial industry
- Fluent in German / Spanish to business level
- Knowledge of financial products is an advantage.
- Computer literate, good capacity for Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong customer service skills
- Good attention to detail
- Flexible to work on Cyprus Public holidays on a rotation.
- Willing to work morning and afternoon shifts (9am-6pm/12pm-8pm)
