Customer Support Representative (German/Spanish) – CY21808

Almond Recruitment, on behalf of our client, an international trading firm, are currently looking for a Customer Support Representative to join their vibrant office in Limassol. The successful candidate must have some prior experience within customer support and should speak German or Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Handle client queries through live chats, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner
• Provide relevant information to clients regarding company services and products offered
• Support clients with any technical issues
• Maintain and update customer records on the CRM
• Guide and assist clients on trading platforms
• Liaise with all departments to resolve client issues within the appropriate timeframes
• Coordinate with and assist colleagues from other departments when required

Requirements

• Experience in a Customer Support role within the financial industry
• Fluent in German / Spanish to business level
• Knowledge of financial products is an advantage.
• Computer literate, good capacity for Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong customer service skills
• Good attention to detail
• Flexible to work on Cyprus Public holidays on a rotation.
• Willing to work morning and afternoon shifts (9am-6pm/12pm-8pm)
