CTO / Head of R&D – CY11824

Almond Recruitment, on behalf of our client a highly respected and licensed Forex company, are currently looking for a looking for an experienced CTO / Head of R&D to oversee our organization’s ongoing operations and procedures. Our client is based in Limassol.

Responsibilities

• Effectively lead the IT department and assign tasks to achieve results
• Optimise business IT processes
• Monitor IT efficiency
• Manage and support the delivery of different projects
• Drive innovation by recommending viable technologies
• Outline goals for research and development
• Create timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services

Experience:

• 6-8 years minimum in development
• 4-6 years of dev teams & tech project management
• 2 years minimum of FX experience (Preferable)
• 3-4 years of system communications & data base infrastructure
• Experience in launching products – including websites and mobile apps
• Experience in creating and structuring a team of IT specialists is an advantage
• Knowledge of instruments and technologies used in development of IT services
• Positive and pro-active attitude
• Team Player
• Ability to determine type of persons needed to be hired to be able to meet all deadlines
• Proactive attitude

Development Experience:

• C++ & .net (Back End)
• AWS framework (Server Side)
• Angular & React (FE)
• MT4/5 Framework Knowledge & experience
• Any other stack is welcome.
