Almond Recruitment, on behalf of our client, a leading CFD trading firm, are currently looking for a Chinese Speaking Support Agent to join their office in Limassol. Responsibilities

  • Act as company’s first point of conduct
  • Cooperate closely with other departments and serving
  • Assist clients through email. Live Chat and phone for products and applications
  • Provide accurate and valid information to clients
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Identify and resolve or escalate issues reported by clients in a quick and efficient manner
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Follow the process and procedures of the Customer Support Department
  • Maintain a solid understanding of company’s offering

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in customer support role
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Fluent English, both verbal and written is a must
  • Native Chinese language
  • Other languages will be considered an advantage
  • Highly motivated and results-driven
  • Strong interpersonal skills, positive mindset, cooperative spirit
  • Flexibility to work on a rotation shift schedule
