Responsibilities

  • Identify new banks, payment service providers, EMIs and card acquirers
  • Prepare banking and PSP onboarding forms and applications for all group related entities
  • Monitoring the progress of the applications and follow up with banks and PSPs
  • Managing relationships with existing and new service providers, banks, EMIs and Card acquirers
  • Ensure the internal reporting systems are kept up to date with the status of application
  • Ensure KYC documentation is kept up to date and accurate, in compliance with the regulations
  • Make sure to follow all internal processes before sharing sensitive information
  • Evaluating and monitoring of the existing and new banking institutions in regard to their reputation, licensing, financial position, scope of services, fees, and other parameters
  • Work with the Development team to successfully integrate new payment providers and enhance our company’s payment solutions

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Banking/Finance is an advantage
  • Experience in the financial services industry with a strong operational understanding of the financial business is a must
  • At least a year’s experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skill in English both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail
  • Great understanding on payment system, and/or settlements
  • Good knowledge of integration and onboarding process and requirements with payment solution providers
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to ongoing changes quickly
