Almond Recruitment, on behalf of our Fintech client, have a fantastic opportunity for a Back Office Support Officer to join their Limassol office. The successful candidate will be joining a company that values and look after their staff, boasting a positive work environment.
- Handle and resolve customer requests providing the best customer experience
- Investigate complaints, troubleshoot issues and identifying trending problems
- Perform KYC procedures and ensure that all applications are compliant with the company’s policies and regulatory requirements.
- Report bugs to the technical team
- Assist new clients with the account opening process
- Enter and keep updating customers account information in the company’s records and systems
- Generate various reports regarding the number of accounts, financial transactions, etc.
- Provide promoting services/ products to customers
- Experience working with CRM, Live chats and MetaTrader 4 / 5 platform
- Experience with Sumsub or other software related to verification of clients
- Experience in the fintech industry
- Excellent time management and professionalism
- Good problem-solving skills
- Fluent verbal and written English
- Any additional language skills will be considered an advantage
