- Assist with the daily execution of tasks relating to client’s deposits and account maintenance
- Receive and review clients appropriately
- Constantly liaise with clients regarding the collection of documentation
- Processing client’s fund
- Maintain accurate records of procedures & tasks
- Support with the Client’s inquiries/requests and communicate to the relevant department within the company.
- English must be to business level
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Work well under pressure
- Previous experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage
- Ability to work shifts: 8am-4pm and 2pm-10pm
